SMACC to hold ‘webinar’ on credit scores

The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce (SMACC) will present a “webinar” called “Managing Your Credit Score,” on May 13 from 12-1 p.m.
A webinar is where viewers can long on to a website and interact online with the presenter. Brian Barker, senior vice president of Wells Fargo Bank San Marcos, will be the featured speaker.
Barker will discuss what a credit report is, how it is viewed and by who, what a credit score is – along with the five factors that make it up, and examination of what a credit report looks like.
