The City of San Marcos recently honored Hays County Precinct 1 Commissioner Debbie Gonzales-Ingalsbe (D-San Marcos) with the Outstanding Public Service Award.
The city honored Gonzales-Ingalsbe for her service as president of the South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association, covering 67 Texas counties.
