‘Common Experience’ features faculty poetry reading

Texas State’s “Common Experience” program will hold a poetry reading entitled “My Mind Has a Mind of its Own,” on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Lampasas Hall Honors Coffee Forum.
The event is co-sponsored by the English Department and the University Honors Program.
The event starts out with the San Marcos Jazz Trio performing at 6 p.m. Poetry readings will begin at 7 p.m. and feature English department faculty poets John Blair, Cyrus Cassells, Ogaga Ifowodo, Roger Jones, Kathleen Peirce, Miles Wilson and Steve Wilson.
Refreshments will also be provided.
