They could also stop spending money on the "everything's rosy" magazine they send out every month. I wish we had the option of shopping around for a provider. Unfortunately, that pales in comparison to the rate hikes we have seen over the past couple of years. The kwh usage on last month's bill cost us about $40 more than that same usage did on a bill I found from 2007. Whoo hoo….two WHOLE DOLLARS!!!!
