City employee Shirley Van Heuverswyn was presented with a proclamation from the mayor, honoring her service to the city for the past decade. Van Heuverswyn was a senior purchasing specialist and will be retiring at the end of January.
City councilmembers joined the mayor in celebrating Van Heuverswyn’s contributions to the community.
