The football season won’t end at Texas State Saturday evening, but some kind of finality will almost certainly be established by the result between the Bobcats and McNeese State at Bobcat Stadium (6 p.m.).

Austin’s prolific offense, while Texas State quarterback Bradley George threw for 324 yards and four touchdowns Saturday afternoon, leading the Bobcats to an unquestionable 28-7 win against Stephen F. Austin at Bobcat Stadium. The Bobcats, SFA, McNeese State and Southeastern Louisiana now are in a four-way tie for first place in the Southland Conference.
