Classic Cuts of San Marcos is providing complimentary first haircuts to the first 100 babies born at Central Texas Medical Center in the new decade.

CASA conference and billboard in San Marcos this week

CASA will have their 20th Annual Conference in San Marcos as well as unveil their new Texas State License plate. Their new billboard seeks volunteers to reach their goals of a “CASA for Every Child.”



CASA training classes scheduled

CASA is offering the last training sessions of the year in San Marcos and New Braunfels.



Darnd’st runs for CASA

On Aug. 16, runners from across the state competed in the Darnd’st Duathlon, a USA Triathlon (USAT) sanctioned event in San Marcos. In recent years, the run has benefitted Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) by raising awareness and funds.
