The Rattlers had to regain their composure after Lehman, trailing 38-21 through three quarters, battled back to a 42-42 tie at the final regulation time buzzer.

However the San Marcos High School boys basketball team handled the first three quarters Monday night in Seguin, they lost that handle in the fourth quarter.

The San Marcos High School boys basketball team won a nail biter last Friday night against Georgetown, while the Rattlers girls team lost in a route against Akins.

A second half collapse at Smithson Valley led to the San Marcos Rattlers losing their second straight boys basketball game Tuesday night, 80-67.
