The Democratic Party in Hays County will come to some kind of a reckoning Tuesday, the general election day in a primary that will choose between Hays County Judge Liz Sumter and Precinct 2 Commissioner Jeff Barton as the party nominee for county judge. We asked three questions to the candidates.
