Election Day arrives in San Marcos, Hays County

Tuesday is Election Day in San Marcos and throughout Hays County, though this off off-year ballot is one of the lightest in the election cycle. However, the action in San Marcos will involve two city council races. We have voting locations and a sample ballot.


Dripping Springs ESD voids own election

An emergency services district (ESD) in the Dripping Springs area had to call off its Nov. 3 election for a sales tax increase last week because of a conflict with another sales tax election.
