SMHS Library to be re-dedicated

The San Marcos High School Library will be re-dedicated as the Augustin Lucio Jr. Library on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. Lucio was a member of the SMCISD board for 19 years. Following the dedication will be an Hispanic Heritage month celebration.


LBJ museum to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

The Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) Museum of San Marcos, 131 Guadalupe Street, is celebrating National Hispanic Heritage month with a reception at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 16.
