The two-year Rio Vista Terrace Neighborhood Improvement Project will kick off with a groundbreaking ceremony at the San Marcos Nature Center Saturday at 9 a.m. The public is invited to attend.
The San Marcos Police Department, the San Marcos Marshal’s Office and 200 other law enforcement agencies are participating in a warrant roundup starting on March 6. Persons with outstanding warrants are encouraged to take up their business with the municipal court in order to avoid arrest during the roundup.
After about six months of dormancy, a city incentive deal involving Springtown Center is back on the table at Tuesday night’s San Marcos City Council meeting.
