Carnivals, music, bingo, plays, music, football, soccer, volleyball, a fried chicken dinner, and more music await the happy weekend warrior.
The hot weather might be a prompt to try remembering what made summer fun as a kid. Stuff like Kool-Aid, barbecue, shade and flashlight tag. Then, maybe, snap into grown-up mode and see some live music, or you can go to another big night of races Saturday night at Thunderhill Raceway in Kyle (above).
