The Hill Country is alive with music this weekend. Pick any club on any night and you can’t go wrong, especially not with Buster Jiggs Saturday night at Cheatham Street Warehouse.
Before National Watermelon Day creeps up on Monday, you’ve got a weekend offering live music and other delights, including the Wimberley Players performing “Stop the World, I Want to Get Off.”

The San Marcos Public Library is starting its summer reading program, great acts like Rodney Hayden (above, Saturday night at Cheatham Street Warehouse) are playing this weekend and, don’t forget, it’s Flag Day on Sunday.
Between Austin and San Antionio is the pretty part, our town, with a slamming summer weekend of music and other events. Among the stars of the stage this weekend is Girl in a Coma (above) playing at The Triple Crown.
