With the summer season gone, Hays County has begun Phase II of improvements to Five Mile Dam Park to have them ready for next summer.


Animal control board to discuss microchips, deer feeding

The animal control advisory board in San Marcos is holding a meeting Wednesday night that will feature second public hearings about pet microchipping and other matters involved in the new animal control ordinance. But most of the meeting figures to address deer feeding within the city limits.
