San Marcos High School junior Ty Stonecipher, who was accepted at NASA’s high school scholars program, was recently honored by the city.
The National Aeronautics and Space Association (NASA) recently selected San Marcos High School junior Ty Stonecipher to participate in its High School Aerospace Scholars (HAS) program. Stonecipher was nominated for the program by Texas State Representative Patrick Rose.
The Texas Student Achievement Award was recently given to 38 San Marcos High School (SMHS) students by the Texas ACT Council for their performance on the PLAN, or Pre-ACT, Assessment.
